I do adore days like today. A light sheet of rain, clouds of fog rising from the canopy, overcast skies. I find comfort in it. Greens and blues become more vibrant as well as oranges and yellows ( but that only happens in autumn when the trees bleed onto their leaves and slowly die to only be reborn in the spring, a time of new beginnings ) I would much rather it be foggy or raining than have the sun shine through the clouds and cast light onto everything. I find the sun to be very obnoxious to be honest.

I may have read a paper from 1912 just this morning. I may have written to you with ink and feathers of old. Most days, I might live in the past. My dreams may bring me worlds away, the wind may carry me beyond the clouds; but know that I will always be here when you need me, when you want me.
